I withhold the right to refuse a sale or service to an individual or individuals I do not feel comfortable with on the basis of affiliations, behavior, prior business, or similar. I will put my personal comfort level within a business transaction above all else, and retain the ability to deny a transaction based upon how well I believe I can work with an individual, how well I can work within what is being requested of me, and interactions both direct or indirect. I will never refuse a transaction on the basis of gender, sexuality, race, etc. I am not beholden to providing reasoning as to why a transaction may have been denied.The inclusion of any aspect that promotes or represents harmful ideology in a commission without my knowledge is subject to immediate blacklist, conclusion of the commission or transaction at any stage without a refund, and threat of legal action.You may not trace my work, edit my work, claim my work as your own, sell any work produced by me unless you have commercial rights regardless of type of work purchased. My art is not to be sold for profit unless discussed with me.
My work may NOT under ANY circumstances be made into a non fungible token (NFT), be exchanged for any form of cryptocurrency, be fed into any sort of AI-based learning program, or be used in any hateful way. If you see my art being distributed as such please contact me so that the party in question may be dealt with accordingly.I withhold the right to update my terms of service at my discretion. Any changes made while a sale is pending will not apply to said sale and the prior terms agreed to at the start of the transactional process will still stand.By purchasing from me you agree that you have read over my terms of service and understand that I withhold the right to enforce and cite back to the terms featured here should any be broken.Any attempt to worm around rules or a blacklisting, demean, harass, or steal art will result in legal action and/or a public statement.

My prices may raise or fall at my discretion but active commissioners who have not paid or been invoiced will be notified of these changes before being charged.I am willing to be flexible on budgets and provide quotes upon request. If a commissioner attempts to "haggle" or attempt to request a lower price upon receiving the quote or make offers outside of the presented price, such as unsolicited offers of non-monetary payments, I withhold the right to refuse services and/or blacklist.A clear, unshaded reference is required for all commission types excluding custom designs.Visual references do not have to be complex, fully detailed sheets- so long as reference images are able to show clear markings and are unshaded they will be accepted, even if it is a cobbled together collection of other commissions showing off varying necessary details.The use of AI is strongly advised against, but may be accepted as reference material. Commissioners must be aware that AI is inconsistent and not based in reality, and as such should not be used as comparison to art received in the end.Before sending payment I will review all that you have requested. If you want to add on additional drawings they will cost accordingly.Standard commissions do NOT include commercial rights. Commercial rights are a different price range depending on the piece ad the intended usage and distribution. If used without my knowledge or consent for profit I have the right to request owed stolen profits.if you’ve read and agreed to the terms say YES I agree and send me an emoji of an animal

WIPS, UPDATES & EDITS

Multiple updates and works in progress (WIPs) will be sent to the commissioner throughout the process. If an update is sent and no edits are requested/the update is approved, any edit requested on the last update that requires intensive changes will incur a fee. Fees for edits start at $10 minimum.I am willing to make changes or edits within reason for details that may have been missed or overlooked but are visible or stated on a reference sheet. Requested changes that were not the fault of the artist will incur an additional charge that varies based around the intensity of the edit and the stage of progress the art is currently at.It is the responsibility of the commissioner to check and approve sketches.If a change in design is request midway through the commission that does not follow the original guidelines I retain the right to:- Charge fees
- Stop work and refund for unfinished work while retaining a percentage for completed work
- Stop work and refuse a refund
- Blacklist.Additional fees may vary from $10 USD to $150 and is at the discretion of the artist based upon requested edits, additional art, stage of commission, etc.

DESIGN COMMISSIONS & ADOPTS

By buying a character design from me, be it an adoptable or custom design you agree that you have read my terms of service regarding both character ownership and terms in reference to art and understand that all other terms of service apply.A design may not be proxy bought for a blacklisted user. Individuals who have been informed of their blacklist but have a design purchased for them despite this knowledge will be removed from any channel in which they can access or claim designs and will result in a blocking of both the proxy buyer and the blacklisted user.The purchasing/commissioning fee that comes with purchasing or commissioning a design from me does not include commercial rights. Commercial rights must be discussed with me either prior to purchase to be incorporated into the purchasing fee, or retroactively after purchase and before a design is used commercially.With the purchase of a design you may not produce commercial items featuring the original art of the design/character, repost the original art without credit, or use the design to promote any form of harmful ideology such as bigotry, racism, homophobia, etc.If you upload the design to Toyhou.se, please credit my account @tarottabooThe purchaser retains full rights to resell the design as they deem fit, but it is heavily preferred that when reselling, you do not price gouge significantly higher than the price paid originally unless additional art is involved. Trading and gifting can be done as you please.You are within your rights to resell designs or characters received in trades/received as gifts.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Payment will only be accepted via invoice.Payment is expected within 72 hours of invoicing unless I have been informed of, and approved, delays and extensions. Maximum time that will be afforded before a commission is voided is two weeks.Commissions will not be started and files will not be transferred until payment is received in full.Payments will not be accepted outside of invoicing to insure that the proper amount is sent and any non-USD payments are properly converted and paid in full.All commissions are FINAL SALE no REFUNDS unless:- I am late by a deadline over a month

- I am unable to finish the work due to complexity or subject matter at my discretion.
